Theme of the Leagues
Group communications
Communication is vital and will be conducted within each League’s Chat. the chat for Murderers' row will serve as the first option, all-relegation communication tool for all relegation gents
Franchise Openings
the Commissioner is responsible for seeking out, vetting, interviewing and signing up new Gents to fill any opening resulting from the departure of an owner from The League using any number of resources, including:
In the event a Gent leaves any of The Leagues
If a Gent vacates a Premier League position, an existing Jellybean franchise will be promoted based on the following procedure:
The Commissioner has the final word on who replaces a vacated Gent’s spot in any of The Leagues - it is not the right of the departing Gent to name their successor but they may suggest a replacement that the Commissioner can take into consideration
Frameworks Violations
At his discretion, the Commissioner reserves the right to remove any Franchise owner that displays un-Gentlemanly behavior of any kind.
Examples of behaviors that may warrant excommunication from The Leagues include (but are not limited to):

Theme of the Leagues
- Gents will choose and create a team name and logo with the Leagues theme in mind,
- there will be a small, one time fee associated with this ($35) to be paid direct to our graphic artist
- Teams are responsible for uploading their team logo to their team homepage on Sleeper
Group communications

- Gents are required to download the Sleeper app to their phone and check in for announcements & information on a regularly basis and utilize this tool as their Primary League Communications.
- Responsiveness and interaction are the foundation of a strong League and therefore it is expected that Gentlemen stay active on the app throughout the year (not just in-season).
- Gentlemen will act and conduct themselves in a Gentlemanly way. If this has to be explained then perhaps a reevaluation of membership to The Leagues is in order
Franchise Openings
the Commissioner is responsible for seeking out, vetting, interviewing and signing up new Gents to fill any opening resulting from the departure of an owner from The League using any number of resources, including:
- Current owners may bring forward a nominee to the attention of the Commissioner. At that time the nominee will fill out an Application and a decision will be made by the commissioner at that time whether or not to extend an invitation. This method of sourcing new Gents is highly preferable considering all current Gents should (and will be) in good standing.
- A classified ad seeking interested owners will be published on certain websites that cater specifically to the serious fantasy football community at-large. Same application process will follow as noted above.
- All new franchise owners will play their way up, starting as a Probationary Gentleman in the Jellybean League.
- All new franchise owners will participate as a Probationary Gent in their first year
- AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PROBATIONARY GENT’S FIRST SEASON THERE WILL BE A DECISION TO UPGRADE THEM TO FULL GENT OR TO PART WAYS.
- Full compliance to these Frameworks is all a Probationary Gent need be concerned with doing in order to be upgraded to Full Gent Status going into his second year.
In the event a Gent leaves any of The Leagues
If a Gent vacates a Premier League position, an existing Jellybean franchise will be promoted based on the following procedure:
- A 20-Ball Lottery Format (new going into the 2022 season) will be executed using the following criteria and corresponding ball allotment,
- A Gent may qualify for only one of the following allotments,
- A total of 5 Gents will be in the running for promotion in the following order:
- Tenure - the three longest tenured Jellybean Gents as of the end of the season last played will receive the following allotment of balls. Tenure will first be decided based on the number of consecutive years in Jellybean, ties here will be broken by “Join Date” which is kept by Commissioner:
- Longest tenured: 8 balls
- 2nd longest tenured: 3 balls
- 3rd longest tenured: 1 balls
- Record - of the remaining Jellybean Gents that are prepared to compete in the upcoming season, the best record from this pool of Gents from the year before:
- These balls will be assigned to a remaining Gent not already assigned “Tenure” balls
- If a Gent qualifies for “Tenure” balls and “Best Record” balls then the more advantageous allotment will be assigned to this Gent and the next Gent in line will be assigned to the open allotment of balls
- Balls awarded: 4 balls
- Total Points Scored - the last ball allotment will be awarded to the remaining team from the preceding year who scored the most points:
- These balls will be assigned to a remaining Gent not already assigned “Tenure” balls
- If a Gent qualifies for “Tenure” balls and “Total Points Scored” balls then the more advantageous allotment will be assigned to this Gent and the next Gent in line will be assigned to the open allotment of balls
- Balls awarded: 4 balls

- Collusion of any kind, either provable to or inferred by the Commissioner,
- Harassing other Gents in a way that causes individual or league-wide concern,
- Not regularly engaging socially through primary League chat communication on Sleeper,
- Not paying via PayPal in a timely manner (before or by Commissioner deadlines)
- Playing illegal lineups (see Settings: Roster Management)
